Call Delivery

How Call Volume Works

Your volume depends on when you are available, the states you accept, and how many other agents are online.

Standard does not assign every buyer a fixed number of calls per day. The platform continuously matches available callers with available agents based on real-time conditions.

1
Your availability
Logged in, available, and ready for the next call.
2
Your states
The specific states and number of states you accept.
3
Agents online
How many eligible agents are available for the same traffic.
4
Caller traffic
The matching inbound traffic available at that moment.

You Control When You Receive Calls

Standard only considers you for a call when you are logged into the platform, set to Available, not currently speaking with another caller, properly funded, and accepting the caller’s state.

Available

  • You are ready to take your next call.

Unavailable

  • The platform skips you.

When you do not want another call, set yourself to Unavailable. Currently, this is how agents control their daily volume. There is no separate daily call cap or daily budget limit.

Only stay available when you are ready. Available means you are prepared to answer and work the next call.

One Agent Can Handle One Call at a Time

While you are speaking with a caller, the platform recognizes that you are occupied and looks for the next available agent. Once your call ends and you become available again, you can receive another matching call.

Adding agents to your account does not increase your priority or guarantee more calls. It increases your team’s capacity because each available agent can handle one call at a time.

How Routing Works

3

4
The Call Reaches an Available Agent

The platform checks availability before routing. If you are unavailable or already on a call, it moves to the next eligible agent. It is not assigned to you as a missed call.

Time of Day Affects Volume

The primary operating window is generally:

8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Pacific
11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Eastern

This is when the greatest number of agents are typically logged in. More agents online also means more buyers may be available for the same traffic. An hour with fewer callers can still be productive when fewer competing agents are online.

The best approach is to maintain a consistent schedule and learn how volume behaves for your selected states.

Your States Matter

Buyers select the states where they want to receive calls.

Both the specific states and the number of states you accept affect the volume available to you.

If you accept only a small number of states, the platform can only match you with callers from those states. Accepting more states creates more matching opportunities, but every state has different traffic levels and a different number of agents competing for that traffic.

More states generally create more opportunities, but they do not guarantee a specific number of calls.

Volume Changes Throughout the Day

Call traffic does not arrive evenly. You may receive multiple calls close together and then experience a slower period. One hour may be busy while the next is quiet.

A slower hour does not necessarily mean something is broken. Judge volume across consistent working blocks—not a few isolated minutes.

How to Create More Opportunities

  1. Stay available consistently.

Short, random login periods give the platform fewer chances to match you.

  2. Accept more states.

A larger service area creates more possible matches.

  3. Review which states you accept.

State selection matters as much as the total number of states.

  4. Work a consistent schedule.

Learn the normal traffic pattern for your coverage area.

  5. Remain properly funded.

Your account must be able to accept another call.

  6. Add agents when you need capacity.

More agents can handle more simultaneous calls, but do not increase priority.

  7. Talk with Standard.

We can review your availability, selected states, and current traffic conditions.

The Rule to Remember

You control your availability, states, and team capacity.

Your actual volume depends on the matching caller traffic available and the number of other agents ready to receive it.

Stay consistent. Accept the right states. Judge volume across meaningful working periods.
Call volume varies and is not guaranteed. Availability depends on real-time caller traffic, geographic matching, agent availability, account status, and other operating conditions.
